Mix Pairs FINALS

Great Final!!

Portuguese was pretty good despite some extra-swing on the first element. The score was not that good but Portugal has now the 7th best Mix Pair in the World - which is something to be very proud! And in a round of 22 competitors that is a major achievement for the younger pair of them all. So much progression was made since the Europeans.

Just like in big Final the experience is almost everything! And older pairs did not miss their chance.

Revaz and Tatiana were good but Kristin and Michael were AWESOME!! They were King and Queen of the floor and perform one the most extraordinary Combine ever. They won with 28,600!
The Chinese were also very good but not enough to reach the 28 points.

On 4th was the always spectacular Belgium Mix Pair - Amber and Nik. But a fall on the handstand to handstand element ruin all their hopes (like all new comers in Seniors they had some problem in the Final - just USA that has been in 3 world championships, Russia with a world champion, China with the oldest gymnast in competition and Lithuania that were also in 3 world championships - made clean routines! - now we can understand what EXPERIENCE really means).
